This involves running safety routines (ensuring heating wasn't left on, the gas & electrical appliances are turned off and in good working order, ensuring no taps are running, all windows are closed, and there is no damage or breach to property or its contents), general cleaning of the living spaces, hallway, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms in preparation of the next guests; changing beddings, laundry (including drying and folding), removal of rubbish, emptying water from the condensation unit of the tumble dryer, mopping kitchen and bathroom floors; scrubbing the shower / bathroom, basic mantainance (replacement of lightbulbs, loose screws, etc), checking keybox and informing the hosts of any other issue that requires attention which we cannot solve. .

In order for us to help you quickly, please provide below details about your hosting services, including the location of the flat or house, how many bedrooms are available to guests, number of bathrooms and toilets which needs cleaning, generally how many times the place is booked per month, what jobs other than the normal tasks you would like done, and your contact preferences.
You may be aware that sometimes it works better if one of our managers is added as a co-host on the App, although this is entirely optional. However it helps in that we are able to plan effectively since we are aware of each booking, and can contact the cleaners early on to alert them of when a guest is leaving, and when they would need to service the space. Further it helps in that if bookings are tight or next to each other, we can change linen and clean the space, but take laundry away to wash, dry and iron, to bring back when the guest leaves - at the next cleaning schedule, and in preparation for the next guests.
